Flamey in my whole time playing this game I'd never seen such activity after the round was won from the top alliance. This activity was "forced" on them during the resistance and they kept up a decent level afterwards. Just in this last week they had 16 on a train on one of our players which is more than we had on any wave during our war with adra 2 rounds ago until the last day. So if they have access to the troops then i don't see the problem with using them. It would be a bit selfish to start pranking people online to boost but i don't think that's what was happening.
