Twigley: there's also a big difference playing on LAN as opposed to playing over GR. The lag that comes with GR is worse than any you've ever felt. It feels like 1500ms in a FPS.

I literally sweat over how many clicks i was doing without this knowledge.
Micro managing 140 spear men / pikes. Selling wood and food for gold 1 click per time. Buying units 1 at a time with my 40 barracks and 20 archery ranges across the map.
Beware the next game.

Same as Twigley, used to play RA2 online LOADS! But the AoE is very much a different beast so didn't expect any of the same commands.

That's cute. The format for RTS has never really changed. I think the most groundbreaking changes came with Starcraft 2 lol. Like. 15 years later
