As it stands, the only countries who can get a team are England, and the US, with Arg/Aus/Netherlands/Canada getting a few less than they need, probably due to lack of notice. It's still going to happen, but it'll either be during the round towards the end if it goes stagnant, or during the next break if it doesn't. Sorry for the delay and getting people's hopes up about a PW during this week, but I'd rather delay it for a couple of months and do it properly than have it between two teams.

Hopefully teams that can't get 10 players together during two day's notice will be able to get a full lineup with this delay.

If we have too many playes in one team could we not shift them into another team in order to bring the PW forward & fill the other teams with less players?
