i don't suppose that counts as altering ingame statistics for the purpose of improving your rank? Seems a bit dodgy to me Why should you get two votes because you have a server?!

I don't think he can get 2 votes ingame/day (seed reward), he is talking about just going on the page directly and voting from another ip.
