my old laptop broke a while ago and i recently got a new one. i was wondering if it is worth it or even possible to take some of the hardware out of my old one and add it to my new one.
i was thinking my processor since i already have more than enough RAM (4GB) i dont really need to i was just curious and i though it would be better than just my laptop away
It is possible for you to remove the RAM sticks from your old laptop, and add them to the new one (depending on the maximum amount of RAM in your new laptop).
You cant move anything from your old to your new, end of story. It became clear of your post how much of computer hardware you know so lets just call this case solved.
