Helper system

We're currently experiencing difficulties with the helper system; some requests are not getting through to the helper team. Until this is fixed, please post any help requests in the Help & Support sub-forum, or ask a helper directly if you can catch us on IRC.

This issue should now be fixed. As per the Messages From Admin on your overview;

Helper System: A bug with the helper system causing help requests to disappear prematurely from the helpers (so nobody could see the request or help!) has been fixed. I apologise to anybody who has posted help requests and never received a reply to them - help requests in the official "Request Help" system are never intentionally ignored. If you have any problems understanding the game, please don't hesitate to use the system now (and re-post your request if you never had one replied to before). If you don't see the "Request Help" link in the top left of your game menu, then check your ID Settings - you may have enabled the "Hide Help Links" option (which hides the Request Help link). Thank you for your patience, and once again sorry to anybody who posted a help request and never received a reply from the helper team!

Sorry to anybody who never received a reply to their help requests, please try and post your help request again now, all should be working and a helper will get around to your requests as soon as a helper knowledgable in your request sees it!
