Can someone tell me what the "EXP" heading under Hiring on the AHQ hiring page does or relates to please

It does nothing. It's a relic from a previous system where you would get XP on remaining units if some died. XP increased AR HD and HP, which made it an imbalanced system, and thus got removed. But that column is just a "bug" that should've been removed a long time ago.

Wasn't nice being on the receiving end of it and losing something stupid like 5T troops in a single tick, his TL's overpowered mine easily
