i think, because i know someone who got No13 and wasn't leader of winning alliance

i got seasoned player on the 29th of feb 08. had this account for 5 rounds.
i got dove of peace but i wasnt online in new-year so dunno why.

I don't think Member of the faithful has to do with an alliance. I switched alliances a few times last round (going solo for a week or so as well) and i still received the award. I am pretty sure it has to do with DofGames Voting. If you vote 'x' many times or have a certain seed multiplier.

The game is called speculate on how to get the awards. was going to do it in a new link but its not my image. also it must have taken a hell of a long time to check 907 profiles. huge respect to the commitment from TehPantz .

To explain why some new (6 - 7 round only) Players got it and some players who've been here since R4, like twigey, didn't get it.

The Seasoned Player award is to have played 5 rounds, from start to finish, as long as you start on the first day with an ID and finish on the last day with an ID (Regardless of deletions), you should get it.
