Why is it so hard to bribe F117s? Even when there's tonnes of Harriers/Rangers there I still didn't bribe a single F117.

I bribed 1.5M Harriers but NOT A SINGLE F117.

Can somebody explain that to me?

All the F117s died, but there was over 10-15M Harriers/Rangers LET left.

bribe some hypnos - flak hypnos well and they will abosrb f117's i had a total of ... 8 or 9m f117 bribes last round

of course n0c0 kept using them silly and letting me bribe them
