Meh. I think two rounds back to back without ship jumping is enough to say that if I get in with the right people and the alliance dosn't go WTF inactive I'm loyal to my alliances.

I'm pretty sure they could go lower if they wanted.

Personally I believe recruitment threads should be open to both positive and negative reviews so recruiters have both sides of the story, rather than just the usual "he's great! recruit him".
