AR percentage upon being kicked from an alliance

I've received a set of conflicting responses and the manual is about as useful as a pair of tits on a bull (as usual).

I've heard everything ranging from:

0%
80%
90%
"your ar mod still changes when in an ally, you just cant see it, soooooo when he gets classed as solo he'll have whatever it would be if he had been solo the whole time"

Can anyone clear this up please?

That is the answer. At least, it was previously, it's possible Azzer changed the code for age 5.

That was what I thought it was too, but again, not sure if anything was changed.

I thought it was always 0% :S
