They're a lot harder than they used to be
I like the motivation from these threads lol Updates: Starting Week One Day one: finished on 15. I dont think the situps before hand helped, i think i will copy Steve_God and do the pushups and situps on alternate days
Might do them on alternating nights, and do an initial sit-up test tonight.
Day 2: Initial Test: 22 ! Updates: (These will be every 2 days, as I'm going to do sit-ups and press-ups on alternative days)
Day 4: 30
Day 6: 33
Day 8: 42
Day 10: 46
Need to sleep now, so will do these tomorrow. Never actually tried out my limit with situps but usually have done 100 relatively slow ones without pause each day for the last X years.
got to 100 then stopped, did the first 30 really quick then started to slow up, could have kept going but it was painfully slow, and far too much effort...
I'd join you if I hadn't already made my own abs workout plan. But my gf is doing this, and in a month or two we'll see who chose the better program
But it's definitely a good addition for the push ups program. Just add in some squats (and hang ups/chin ups if you got access to a bar) and you got yourself a whole body workout.
