Im pretty sure it said on the site it is a good idea to do day one and then rest the next day, for example, do Day 1 on Monday then rest Tuesday. Then do day 2 on Wednesday and Day 3 Friday, my point is the days dont include rests so it is still day one, two and threeSteve_God said:I'll have a go... was planning on doing a bit of exercise this year
